Bar and Bat Mitzvahs
European Jewish Heritage Tours is delighted to organize unique bar and bat mitzvahs in London, Paris and Amsterdam at Orthodox, Conservative and Reform synagogues. In 2015, we had the great pleasure and pride to organize a bat mitzvah “In the Footsteps of Anne Frank” among the congregation where Anne worshipped before the war and where her father Otto Frank returned after the war.
We arranged phone and email meetings with the rabbi, set up the reception and the transportation as well as the tours for guests and family. In addition, we arranged for the family to meet and spend time with other members of the congregation, thus providing an experience that was unique and unforgettable.
We have also arranged bar mitzvah ceremonies in Paris and in Cannes with English-speaking rabbis, so that our guests feel totally at home. We can follow these arrangements with a luncheon at a kosher restaurant, as well as an elegant evening banquet with dancing at the venue of your choice. This could take place on a private boat on the Seine, or at another venue that is experienced in organizing bar and bat mitzvahs.
Jewish Weddings
At European Jewish Heritage Tours, we love to arrange unique celebrations including weddings in and outside of Paris. Our company makes it possible for you to be married at the Rothschild Synagogue or the Eiffel Synagogue depending on your budget and preferences.
We work with the leading caterers in France, kosher or not, and can arrange receptions at the Opéra Garnier, the Orangerie at Versailles, the Rodin Museum, as well as other elegant châteaux and venues in and outside of Paris. Last year, we organized a magnificent Jewish and kosher wedding at the Villa Ephrussi Rothschild on the French Riviera and we look forward to doing similar events in the near future.
